Part one
Terms of Service
1. The service
Testlore AI provides a collaborative test-management platform, including tools for creating, organizing, executing, and reporting on software tests. Some features use artificial intelligence to help generate or refine content.
2. Accounts and workspace administrators
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. If you create or administer a workspace, you are responsible for its members, permissions, payment details, and use of the service. You must be authorized to accept these terms on behalf of any organization whose workspace you administer.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Testlore AI only in compliance with applicable law. You may not:
- use the service to violate another person's rights or privacy;
- upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or bypass security controls;
- reverse engineer, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the service; or
- use AI features to create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
4. Your content and AI output
You retain ownership of the test cases, prompts, tickets, code, files, and other content you submit to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate and support Testlore AI. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it in development, testing, security, compliance, or production decisions.
5. Paid plans and billing
Paid features, subscriptions, and credit purchases are billed under the plan and checkout terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping payment information current.
6. Third-party services
Integrations with services such as GitHub, Jira, Linear, OpenAI, or Anthropic are optional. Their use is governed by the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We may also suspend access for a material breach of these terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testlore AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Testlore AI after the effective date of an update means that you accept the revised terms.
